SARS-CoV-2

This is presented as information and not suggested to replace medical consultation.

(Everything underlined is a “LINK” to more information: use it)

It was compiled by hunting down and sifting through large amounts of medical literature & cross-analyzing diverse presentations of many medical experts/researchers over the past months like: Dr. Raoult, Dr. Antoine, Dr. McWilliams, Dr. Berg, Dr. Patrick, Dr. Zelenko, Dr. Saladino, Dr. Mobeen, Cohen (Selfdecode), and many many more…

I am not saying “take” this stuff.
This is not medical advise, and only for educational purposes.
Consult with your physician/doctor and share this info with them.

This is simply all the information i was able to distill on the topic so far.

Please use this as a guide to help accelerate your own research.

In any case, the stats are in. In Italy for example (as of October 4), almost 99% of those who died were aged over 50, and had an average of 3.4 comorbidities. Source: https://www.epicentro.iss.it (Chart/Report)

New project here, will be updating this article with new information soon.

Prevention (all the time):
— — — — — — — — —

Respect the 4 pillars of Health

— -

Vitamin D : (2 000 - 6 000)UI/Day
Zinc : 15mg/day
(You should if possible be taking 1mg of copper per 15mg of Zinc)
Magnesium : Between 200–400mg/day (also helps with D absorption)
Selenium: Get some if you can (200mcg/day)
Iodine : Get some if you can (12–25mg/day)
Vitamin C : Get some if you can (1g/day)
B Vitamins: Get some if you can

With these we are boosting the natural immune system, making sure the Thymus gland is in good health, that your immune system is able to produce natural killer cells, and that your body has the capacity to fight stress and inflammation.

If you want to go that extra mile, take the following into consideration: Green Tea, Thyme, Propolis, Echinacea, Quercetin, Sulforaphane, Resveratrol, Ubiquinol.

Anything that supports your parasympathetic nervous system, lymph system, thymus, and mitochondria (PQQ / CoQ10) is something worth pursuing.

Update:
New study confirms the efficacy of Vitamin D in the fight against COVID
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0960076020302764

“Among 26 patients not treated with calcifediol, 13 required ICU admission (50%) and 2 deaths, while out of 50 patients treated with calcifediol only 1 required admission to the ICU, and 0 deaths”

Please have a look at how important Vitamin D actually is

Low plasma levels of Zinc have also been associated with an up to 2.3x increase in death in COVID patients.

More info: https://www.google.com/search?q=zinc+covid+low+levels

Your plasma levels of Vitamin D should be between 40–60ng/ml.
To make sure of this, you will need to a get blood test and adjust dosages accordingly.

1 000 UI of Vitamin D boosts serum levels by circa 5ng/ml

This will vary depending on metabolic health, so you’ll have to adjust.

Personally, I take 2 000 UI in the summer, 4 000 UI in the autumn, and 6 000 UI in the winter, every day. It is best to take it in combination with Vitamin K2, as K2 helps prevent calcium from depositing in soft tissues. And Magnesium.

Conversions:
40 ng/ml = 100 nmol/l (x 2.5)
2 000 UI = 50 µg (÷ 40)

Treatment (early onset):
— — — — — — — — —
Vitamin D : (10 000 - 30 000)UI/Day, for 3–5 days
Zinc : 30mg 3x/Day, for 3–5 days
Vitamin C : Just get some .. multiple times /day

Some kind of Zinc Ionophore.
Chloroquine is a Zinc Ionophore, which means it gets Zinc transported inside the cells where the virus is.
Zinc disrupts Viral RNA replication.

Some natural Ionophores include EGCG (Green Tea) & Quercetin (only supplements have high enough doses)
Or just drink green tea all day until you feel better.

Salt gargles & nasal washes to reduce viral load.
(or you can add a little Hydrogen Peroxide or Iodine to the water instead)

Nasal washes with Povidone-Iodine at concentrations as low as 0.5% can inactivate the Sars-Cov-2 virus in just 15 seconds.

Interesting protocol by Dr. David Brownstein
Using nebulization of low-dose hydrogen peroxide & iodine in combination with high dose Vitamin A/C/D: -> here

You can see his interview about the protocol with Dr. Mercola: here

Hot water vapor inhalation with cloves & cinnamon (or any anti-viral herbs) added to the water just before inhalation to reduce viral load.

Get lots of rest & don’t go crazy on refined sugar, flour, gluten, and dairy.

If you get a fever stay away from Ibuprofen (just in case). And you probably will want to let your body run the fever instead of fighting it as this is your body’s natural coping mechanism (just don’t let it get dangerously high).

PS: Try not to take Zinc & Magnesium together as they may compete against each other, so you can simply spread the dosage across the day. Also you cannot use Iodine at the same time as Vitamin C, you again have to split the dosage at least 3h apart.

Treatment (more than mild symptoms):
— — — — — — — — — — — — — —
All of the above, and

Some sort of antibiotics.
Death actually results from secondary infections and sepsis.
(Corticosteroids & macrolides/bacteriostatic antibiotics are currently being used in a widespread manner in hospital settings)

Natural antibiotics include: Garlic, Onions, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Oregano, Thyme, Echinacea, Ginger, and many more (use google).

A common clinical cocktail for coronavirus, seems to be:
— — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — -— —
Hydroxychloroquine (Ionophore) + Azithromycin (Anti-Biotic/Viral) + Zinc (RNA Replication Disruptor), and eventually IV Vitamin C (Viral ROS + Electron donor). Sometimes Interferon (IFN) is also added.

Ivermectin has been becoming a popular replacement for Hydroxychloroquine in many treatments recently. I-Mask+

NOTE: Do not use this protocol at home, consult a physician.

Natural ways to increase endogenous Interferon production would be Black Tea or Quercetin.

Studies on: HCQ, Vitamin D, Ivermectin, LY-CoV, REGN-COV2, Remdesivir

Some other interestings treatments that have come up:
* Budesonide (Asthma glucocorticoid)
* Bromhexine (TMPRSS2 Inhibitor)
* MATH+ Protocole (Methylprednisolone, Ascorbic Acid, Thiamine, Heparin, Melatonin, Zinc, D3, Atorvastatin, Famotidine, Magnesium)
* Doxycycline (Tetracycline Antibiotic)
* Clofoctol (Bacteriostatic Antibiotic)

— — — — — — —
Treatment (acute):
— — — — — — —
All of the above plus

And maybe a booster shot of high dose Vitamin D (100 000 UI), followed by the above mentioned dosages.

You see: The clinical trials use “Calcifediol” which is the instantly active form of Vitamin D, where what you can get in the pharmacy is just “Cholecalciferol” and takes a while to build up in the body.

Latest research has been showing evidence of Thrombosis, and Fibrosis forming in the lungs. Current stance is to add anticoagulants to the patients regiment to help provide a better outcome. Natural ones would include: Garlic, Ginger, Tumeric, Vitamin E, etc.

Or just take some Aspirin

This study showed a 47% reduction in death in those that took a low prophylactic dose of aspirin (81mg/day)

“We believe that the blood thinning effects of aspirin provides benefits for COVID-19 patients by preventing microclot formation”

N-Acetyl-Cysteine can be an excellent addition to this, as not only does it support Glutathion creation which is depleted during periods of inflammation, it also has anti-thrombotic effects.

Methylene Blue (USP Grade) 1mg/kg, for 3–5 days, to treat Methemoglobinemia

It used to be used to treat Malaria, Hepatitis-C, and Urinary Tract Infections.

COVID-19 in it’s replication process damages red blood cells and liberates Free Iron into the bloodstream that oxidizes.
Now the blood is hindered in oxygen transportation, often even when using a respirator, resulting in Methemoglobinemia or happy hypoxia.

Methylene Blue is also a regulator of inflammatory genes (like: IL-6, NLRP3, TNFα, …) and helps inhibit a Cytokine Storm from occurring (so are: EGCG, Quercetin, Propolis, Curcumin, Vitamin A/D, Molecular Hydrogen, …).

Ascorbic acid may also help.

WARNINGS:
Methylene Blue cannot be taken in conjunction with Pregnancy, SSRI’s/MAOI’s (anti-depression drugs), renal problems, or a G6PD gene mutation.

If you get sick, be sure to monitor your blood/oxygen saturation levels (should be over 90%).

Get Potassium. Natural sources include : Avocados, Bananas, Sweet Potatoes, & Coconut Water. Or supplement at least 300mg/day. Potassium also lowers blood pressure. High blood pressure can be a side-effect of Hydroxychloroquine (it makes the body loose Potassium).

Methylene Blue should preferably be associated with Red Light Therapy in the 550–700nm range. Or just go out in the Sun (this will get you infrared light plus Vitamin D as a bonus).

More Info

There are many other things you can throw into the mix, i just wanted to accentuate the most important ones to take into consideration.

For example, since Iron is leaking into the bloodstream and oxidizing (in acute cases), adding Copper & Vitamin A/C into the mix might help with Ceruloplasmin and Free Iron recycling/reabsorption.

Stacking other things like: Colloidal Silver, Propolis, Oregano, Thyme, Echinacea, Melatonin, Resveratrol (emodin: ACE2/Interferon), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizin), Molecular Hydrogen, …, might also help.

If confronted with a secondary bacterial infection, stop glucose consumption: https://www.cell.com/cell/fulltext/S0092-8674(16)30972-2

Basically, you have to keep inflammation down, make sure to keep any cytokine storm in check. Add in some blood-thinner. And make sure to boost your immune system, and be getting some antivirals, and more especially, some antibiotics.

Hope this information will be useful to someone.
Take care, protect yourself, help protect those who need it, and share this.

This is my personal “Arsenal” … forgot to include the Iodine & B Vitamins ^^
